No. 3 is my third composition for orchestra, hence the title. At the same time, this piece concludes an unintended but now clearly emerging trilogy, the previous parts of which are Diptych (2023) and Eight Notes (2024), as I believe that my next composition will necessarily have to be of a different kind. But maybe I'm wrong (again), and it will turn out that the trilogy was just a momentary thing. (July 2025)

No. 3 je moje třetí skladba pro orchestr, odtud název. Zároveň se touto skladbou uzavírá nezamýšlená, ale nyní zřetelně vytanuvší trilogie, jejímiž předchozími částmi jsou Diptych (2023) a Eight Notes (2024). Mám totiž za to, že má další skladba bude nutně muset být jiného druhu. Ale možná se – zase – pletu a ukáže se, že trilogie byla jen na chvíli. (Červenec 2025)
